Meet Christina
Christina Sammartino Esq., our attorney, brings over seven years of legal experience in New York State. A graduate of Pace University School of Law with a background in Business Administration from Hofstra University, Christina’s expertise spans Real Estate, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Guardianship proceedings, and Medicaid planning and applications. She is also certified as a Guardian, Court Evaluator, and Attorney for the AIP under Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge.
Driven by personal experience, Christina developed a passion for estate planning after witnessing the complications that arose from her grandfather’s passing without a proper estate plan. This firsthand encounter underscores her commitment to helping others plan and avoid similar challenges. Christina resides in Lindenhurst with her husband, two children, and a dog, deeply rooted in the Long Island community.
